These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phtya platform, including all games, betting, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the site.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the phtya website at phtya.bet, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms form the entire agreement between you and phtya regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings. phtya reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use phtya. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction. phtya strictly prohibits access by minors.
- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
- You are solely responsible for verifying that your participation complies with applicable local laws.
- phtya may request proof of age or identity at any time and may suspend accounts pending verification.
Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any outstanding balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one registered account on phtya. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for updating your details if they change.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify phtya support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- phtya will never ask for your password via email or chat.
Accounts must be registered in your own legal name and may not be transferred to or used by another person. phtya reserves the right to verify account details at any time as part of identity and age verification procedures.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of phtya, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts.
- Opening accounts using false identity information or on behalf of another person without authorization.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the games or sports markets.
- Attempting to circumvent security measures, access restricted areas, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
- Using the platform while in a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by law.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions (Philippine Peso)
All transactions on phtya are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are available through verified local payment channels including e-wallets, online banking, and QR Ph-compatible services.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods associated with your verified account.
- phtya does not guarantee processing times as these may depend on third-party payment providers.
- Any fees charged by payment service providers are the responsibility of the account holder.
- Bonus funds, where applicable, are subject to separate terms displayed at the time of the offer.
phtya is not responsible for losses arising from delays or errors caused by payment service providers outside of our direct control. All transactions are final once processed unless a dispute is raised promptly with our support team.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
phtya provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that the platform will meet your individual requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- phtya is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from betting or gaming activity. Results are determined by chance or the outcome of real-world events.
- phtya is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or factors outside our control.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
phtya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- A user has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or unauthorized use is detected.
- Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account restriction.
- A user has voluntarily requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance may be returned to the account holder after applicable checks, at the sole discretion of phtya. Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting [email protected]. Accounts with active disputes or pending investigations will not be closed until the matter is resolved.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the phtya platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and game assets — is the property of phtya or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from phtya.
Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any content or software available through phtya.
9. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
phtya may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the phtya platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
